My work focused on analyzing warehouse operational flows and damaged product reduction. I developed and owned multiple internal software tools, as well as a dynamic master model to track damaged products in real time. Alongside internal product development, I delivered routine stakeholder briefings based on insights from daily reporting.

First Professional Role
First job as a lead salesperson at a firework store just across the Illinois border in northwest Indiana. Returned on weekends the following summer while interning at DOT Foods because I loved working alongside my team and building relationships with our yearly customers.
Along the way, I built a bit of an expertise in the retail fireworks industry - from global sourcing to product performance.
